1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmed payment. For custom or special-order products, processing time may take longer, depending on manufacturing or supplier lead times.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Sulite Lighting uses reputable local and national courier services for the delivery of products. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and type of service selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: Delivery time may be extended; additional charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sulite Lighting is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or carrier delays.
1.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. For wholesale clients or bulk orders, shipping fees may be adjusted and specified in the sales agreement. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for incorrect, incomplete, or returned shipments.
1.4 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders at the time of delivery and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately.
1.5 Order Tracking
Customers will be provided with a tracking number or delivery reference when available. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipment.
2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Sulite Lighting accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within seven (7) days from receipt of the product.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery confirmation).
- Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or discounted products may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
2.2 Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults: customers should report the defect immediately via email. Sulite Lighting will inspect the product and verify the defect. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of Sulite Lighting.
2.3 Non-Defective Products
For non-defective products returned for reasons such as change of mind: Sulite Lighting may accept returns, subject to inspection and approval. A restocking fee may be applied. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and confirmation that the product is in original condition.
2.4 Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing time for refunds may take up to 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Exchanges will be facilitated based on product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
2.5 Shipping Costs for Returns
For defective or incorrect shipments, Sulite Lighting will cover the cost of return shipping within Metro Manila. For returns initiated due to non-defective reasons or customer error, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Sulite Lighting. Additional shipping fees may apply for locations outside Metro Manila or for bulky/oversized products.
2.6 Inspection and Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by Sulite Lighting. Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
